Muslima Ward brings over 22 years of experience in the environmental industry. She oversees Human Resources, bookkeeping, and senior environmental coordination, managing talent acquisition, employee development, organizational culture, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, insurance, and scheduling.

With a passion for sustainability and technical talent, she works closely with the President and Director of Operations to recruit professionals ranging from environmental scientists and inspectors to administrative staff. Muslima is committed to strengthening employee engagement and ensures that the office adheres to New York State regulatory requirements. She holds an Applied Science degree from Suffolk County Community College and is currently continuing her education at Empire State University.
