Jessica began her career at MECC in 2024, where she supports the environmental consulting team providing key administrative support, scheduling, and project coordination. She brings a unique combination of technical insight, analytical ability, and operational leadership to ensure accurate, organized, and timely project execution.

Prior to joining Merritt Environmental, Jessica Woods has been a  resultsdriven Facilities Maintenance Manager with over ten (10) years of experience optimizing building operations, reducing costs, and upholding rigorous safety and compliance standards. She has proven expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and is recognized for her leadership strengths in team training, supervision, strategic planning, and troubleshooting.
